Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods as part of one order and these are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by a letter sent by post.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will generally use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
This includes, for example, individually manufactured or personalised products for which the design, dimensions, lettering or other characteristics have been produced specifically according to the customer's individual requirements.
The fact that a standard product is manufactured only after an order has been placed does not, by itself, exclude the right of withdrawal.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or damaged goods remain unaffected.
